Acknowledgement of contributions that the CMEE Cleanroom facility and staff make to
publications is encouraged as they enable us to demonstrate our involvement in the
research of a large number of laboratories, aiding the support of current equipment
and procurement of future equipment. Below are suggestions of standard methods of
acknowledging CMEE Cleanroom.
Cleanroom Facility Acknowledgement
If CMEE Cleanroom staff are listed as co-authors or have not made an intellectual
or technical contribution then the CMEE Cleanroom facility can be given an appropriate
acknowledgement in any resulting publications using the following statement.
This work was performed in part at the University of North Texas's Center for Microelectronics
in Extreme Environments - Cleanroom: multidisciplinary center for developing next-generation
semiconductors and electronic materials with an emphasis on performance in extreme
environments.
Cleanroom Staff Acknowledgement
CMEE Cleanroom staff that have made an intellectual or technical contribution not justifying co-authorship can be given an appropriate acknowledgement in any resulting publications using the
following statement.
