The Center for Microelectronics in Extreme Environments and College of Engineering are offering competitive scholarships to GradTrack and new graduate students in the expected new Master of Science in Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering offered by the College of Engineering. The scholarship provides a $2500/monthly stipend and tuition during the two long semesters in year 5 for Grad Track students and year 1 for new graduate students who plan to pursue semiconductors/electronics careers. This program is open to CSE, EE, ME, MTSE, Chemistry, and Physics undergraduate majors. In the event there is a delay in the new MS being official in the fall of 2025, students will follow the MS in Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering program curriculum and transfer in later.

  • Please see your department advisor for details on your department-specific UG electives that are acceptable for the GradTrack MS in Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering and other curriculum details.
